Seems as though all has come to a complete stop training wise, but for good reason. Spent great time with all the family the past few days. Staying in tune with what Christmas is all about in this day and age is difficult. I am constantly reminding myself that I should be forever greatful to God for sending Jesus here to save us from oursleves. I hope to be able to teach my kids to view things the same way. Nobody ever said that was going to be easy.
Got to do some ice skating at the Main Street Arena (aka Charlottesville Ice Park) today with my 2 kids B and P and my beautiful wife and have settled in for a couple of movies tonight. Decided to bag the 5 miler on my schedule for today. Will fit in both runs tomorrow (hopefully). Enjoy your holiday season, whatever you celebrate.
